Time is the number one adversary of any small business owner or manager. There never seems to be enough of it. Every small business operator knows the drill: you arrive early at the office, ready to tackle the most important item on your list. But first, there are emails to answer. Then the phone rings. Someone knocks on your door and reports something has gone wrong with a new account. You have a lunch meeting.
